We're a small company (about 20 employees). Our ISP doesn't offer many features in the way of mail hosting and have been handling our email in house using something called MDaemon on a Windows platform. As the size of mailed attachments, the size of mailboxes, and the spam load have increased, the system is becoming less reliable and a burden for the person who maintains it. While a *nix system and appropriate mail software would help with the reliability, I'm the only one at the company who has any computer knowledge outside of the Windows world and I believe mail administration would still be a burden (which I am not looking forward to taking on). So, how much would one expect to pay for highly-reliable mail hosting? Requirements: 1. 200 GB mail storage (a couple of users will hit 10 GB, most will be less) with ability to create subfolders 2. IMAP with secure connection 3. Useful web interface, SSL-enabled is strongly preferable 4. Did I mention reliability? 5. In the Philly area would be a plus I hope this isn't a violation of list protocol. Please respond off-list.
