Actually, no, this is not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about getting a 250 OK on a RCPT command when the address you used is not, in fact, valid. This occurs when the MTA is configured not to hand out an error in invalid RCPT in order to not leak information about valid email addresses. The above is saying that your IP is listed on one of the blocklists my ESP is using to stem the tide of spam.
