> Scope and Complexity
> -Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and 
procedures to resolve a variety of issues. 
> -Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or 
data requires a review of a variety of factors.  Exercises judgment within

> Qualifications:
> Education/Experience:
> -Red Hat Linux Certified.
> -Education at University level in Information Technology or equivalent
> >2 years of Technical/System Experience or Knowledge is required (Unix, 
Windows NT, Internet, networks, Progress or Oracle). 
> -Knowledge equivalent to Professional certification in area of specialty 
is preferred (CNE, UNIX, NT, Oracle, etc...) 
> -Experience using or Supporting business software applications.
> -Prior success in a customer service/Support  capacity.
> -Recommend and participate in the continual process improvements of
