I can pick what I want built into my binaries via USE flags, and if I don't want bloat, I will usually remove a lot of things I know I will never need. So yeah, my binaries are built for my arch, using only the instructions of my choosing, no "legacy" opcodes, and smaller binaries with or without -O optimizations. You should not claim something that almost everyone knows is a false claim. Gentoo will be faster (fact).
