I don't know exactly what you mean by "a Dojo training class" -- it
has several
possible interpretations.
However, the ISKF facility at 45th and Locust (222 S 45th) is the hub
of the Philadelphia area training.
Teruyuki Okazaki is the founder and chief instructor of ISKF -- he is
based there.

There are also ISKF clubs at all of the major universities in the area.
They have a Master's camp coming up, June 6 - 13th at Camp Green Lane
in the phila suburbs.
Note that ISKF and JKA are not the same thing and not formally
affiliated.
