You should use solder wick

sucker here is a cheap one you can get that works good.

Sometimes it helps to put new solder in and then wic it all out or suck it 
all out.

This is where I am now.  I have the old part out, but 3 of the 5 holes are
still covered by solder.  What should I use as a solder wick?
