[PLUG] Free News Server with Read/Write

Hi Everyone,
My ISP doesn't provide news service directly and the service they told us to
use doesn't seem to work any more. No response to emails. :( I was
wondering if anyone knows of a server that allows read and write to news
groups. I don't post much so the subscription option isn't worth while.
