[PLUG] Looking for an OSS Signal Generator

Hi All;
Looking for either a Sine Wave or multi-waveform generator that will do 20Hz t0 20kHz or better. Swept Waveform function, GUI & multiple sound card support definitely a plus. Any additional bells and whistles would also be cool. A spectrum analyzer would also be very cool but I think I hope for too much.
