Wow, that was pretty witty of me :)
One day at work, I wanted to have a technical discussion about what kind of weapon was best-suited for taking out one row of desks, with NO collateral damage. We ruled out explosives for obvious reasons so it came down to what caliber ammo and auto or semi-auto.
At that point, I *knew* what the laws were. I just wanted a technical discussion. So I sympathize.
