[PLUG] Firefox upgrade failed

System: Ubuntu 8.10

Firefox 3.0.7 came in this morning and after a single cryptic error screen it
won't work AT ALL. Firefox windows are simply the window frame with nothing
inside. firefox -safe-mode is the same.

I'd like to go back to 3.0.6 - is there an apt command for that?

Here's the output of dpkg -l |grep -i firefox
