Re: [PLUG] startx screwed up- rhel5- hp tft5600 kvm


Someone else may be able to give you instructions specific to rhel5,
but this should work on most fancy unixy systems upgraded from ye olde
x11r6 to xorg....

1) make a backup of your current xorg.conf. It's usually in /etc/X11/xorg.conf
2) then, run 'Xorg -configure'
3) pray
4) type startx again
