1) Probably missing "use".
Sure, if I wanted to anonymize my Internet surfing I could one of the
many free proxy servers or even Tor.

2) Missing a comma after "importantly".
One, they're slow and more importantly I don't have control of the
endpoint server.

3) Remove either "your" or "the", then it makes sense.
After all the traffic has to leave unencrypted at some point and
chances are if you're in a not so friendly country, they may be
controlling your the endpoint server.

That's all I had time to read.
