Alas, my ISP no longer offers Usenet either, so recently I signed up with Giganews (http://www.giganews.com/). I do some binary traffic, but not much, so I got the 5gb/month package for $5/mo. Also, I've heard that if you sign up, then go to cancel the acct, they'll give you a retention offer of half off the plan price.
