My company uses ADP as well, though we are getting away from it.  They 
frequently have problems with their web site, and almost never acknowledge 
it.  Usually when Firefox doesn't work, IE, does, and vice versa.  Widgets 
tend to disappear from their page every now and then.  My primary point, 
though, is that they have frequent problems and never admit to them.
