How do I correct this?
Doesn't happen to those outside list.
Does not appear to be anything I can configure for Verizon webmail.
Called their tech support- they were clueless.

yes, everyone is... you're sending html-only email.
your previous mail was multipart and had both text/html and text/plain
parts.
