Just a friendly FYI to all businesses seeking employees:
You are posting a notice that a position is available at your "professional" place of business, it's not a personal ad. It's about finding someone who is FIRST, qualified. Then whether or not they will fit into your organization. The latter part of that should be established offline, and preferably in person.
