This month we welcome Brian Stempin to PLUG North for a presentation on
 GIS (Geographic Information Systems).

Want to learn about electronic or web mapping? Want to have a general idea
how Google Maps or Open Street Maps works, and how you can manipulate map
data yourself using Free/Open Source tools? Come out and join us to learn
 about GIS systems!

This is the same talk Brian gave to PLUG Central in October.

The meeting will take place from 7-9pm (7-8 General Q&A, 8-9 Presentation)
 at:

 CoreDial (http://www.coredial.com/)

   920 Germantown Pike
   Suite 100
   Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462

Directions and other information are on our website:

 http://www.phillylinux.org/locations/coredial.html

We request that you RSVP at rsvp@phillylinux.org if you intend on coming
so we have some idea of how many to expect, but it is not required.
