[PLUG] ID3 tag previews in Dolphin/Konqueror KDE 4

Konqueror KDE 3.5 used to display ID3 tags for audio files in the mouse-over 
pop ups and on a tab in the properties dialog.  This seems to be missing from 
KDE 4.  Is there a way to restore it?

The userbase manual for Dolphin seems to think the feature is there by 
default.  It is not. Couldn't find much else with google.

Am I missing a library, or is this useful feature gone?
