[PLUG] [plug-announce] PLUG social

PLUG Social Gathering - Bridgeport, PA

This is not a regular PLUG chapter, but a get-together at the house of
PLUG member JonathanD in Bridgeport. Join us for an evening of
lightning talks and Linux discussion on Tuesday, July 6th, 2010,
beginning at 6:30pm.

 * PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited space, we are requiring RSVPs for this
event. If the event is full, you'll be placed on a waiting list.
There is generally plenty of space so don't be afraid to RSVP. We
just need to know for feeding purposes.

 * If you RSVP and later determine that you will not be able to make it,
PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so someone on the waiting list
   will be able to attend.

 * Food will be provided. Attendees are asked either to contribute a
couple of dollars toward the cost of the food or to bring something
   to drink.

 * To keep things interesting, everyone who feels comfortable doing so
should plan to give a five-minute lightning talk on a Linux- or
FOSS-related topic. If you can't come up with a topic, come anyway!
You can do one on the fly or just enjoy the food and conversation

 * Send your RSVP to rsvp@phillylinux.org. Please include the planned
topic for your lightning talk if you have one (you are not locked
into this topic if you later want to change it).

Directions to the event will be sent to confirmed attendees before
the 6th. Septa pickup is available at Norristown Transportation Center.
