I recently came into the possession of an old- but, to me, new- Dell
Dimension 4300S. Naturally, the first thing I did was wipe Windows off
of it, replacing it w/Ubuntu 10.04. Everything works, but the graphics
aren't as snappy as they could be. And, despite the fact that the
integrated video- ATI Rage Ultra 128- should support OpenGL, it
appears that the drivers selected by Ubuntu don't support OpenGL, as
the video crashes hard every time I try to run an OpenGL program
(screensavers are a good test).

Does anyone have any suggestions re: different drivers to use for this
box? I already tried adding some launchpad repos, but that got me no
further. Proprietary drivers would be nice, if they existed.

Thx,
-Z
