[PLUG] Disable Thunderbird automatic offline mode


FYI,

I have a client using Thunderbird,  where a few times per week his Thunderbird
client would switch to off-line mode overnight ( due to a momentary interruption
in Comcast service I suspect )    His mail would then be queued, and not be sent
the following day.

This is a hidden configurable property in Thunderbird,  seems that some TB versions
have enabled this feature.
