Sure, Google is pretty close now, although I don't know if they're quite there when it comes to things like resource management (rooms/etc). The last time I looked at the open-source options they were nowhere near as nice. Just calendar-only solutions aren't all that great in the FOSS world. That said, I'd be really happy if somebody could prove me wrong. Suppose I wanted to run a business with ~10k employees with email/calendaring features similar to Exchange. What would my options be?
