[PLUG] December West meeting is cancelled

By request of out FIS site host, we're going to be cancelling the PLUG West
meeting that was scheduled for December 20th.  Due to the proximity to
Christmas, this meeting has been extremely lightly attended in previous
years.

The next PLUG West meeting will be on the third Monday of January,
the 17th.

Thanks to FIS for their continued support of PLUG!
