[PLUG] Move KDE Panel to the Side?

Does anybody know how to move the KDE panel to the side of the screen (convert 
it from horizontal to vertical)?

I could do this easily in KDE 3.x by dragging it, but can't get it to move in 
KDE 4.

In KDE 4, I can create multiple panels and put them at the top or bottom, but 
I can't for the life of me figure out how to move them to the side (which 
works best for wide screen formats)

Anybody know the secret?
