[PLUG] Oracle VM Server

Anybody have any experience with Oracle's VM Server?   I've been a user and 
fan of VirtualBox, but just recently found out about the server product.  I 
currently use VMware's free server because it give a little more control over 
the virtualized hardware.   However, VMWare's control program is kinda klunky.

Anybody want to provide the list with a 2-paragraph review of Oracle VM 
Server?
