[PLUG] Tonight's PLUG Central meeting is on

I've had a couple of emails wondering whether tonight's PLUG Central meeting
is going to be canceled due to the weather.  Since the roads look fine and
no further rain/snow are predicted, the meeting will be going ahead as
scheduled.
