YMMV, as always, but I had pretty good luck at my last job with Systemax machines for an office of about 50. In customizing to your specs on this system here:

I added a 22" monitor, upgraded to an i5, 4 gigs of ram instead of 2, and and nVidia 512meg card (no 256s). The total? $740.99

All Systemax phone support is also done inside the USA, which I appreciated after the hell that was dealing with Dell / Gateway. Are you going to have problems with some of the machines? Of course, I've never found a vendor with a perfect track record. But overall, the experience over 5+ years was better than I've had with other manufacturers.

You can probably get that price even lower if you're ordering bulk. I used to work with a sale guy there named Michael Marz, who was good to work with and would put the pedal to the metal with any problems. IIRC, he's michael.marz@globalcomputer.com - I hope this helps.
