Seriously, 20 years ago... 1991... 

 - I graduated from high school
 - The new processor from Intel was the 486SX
 - Windows 3.0 was the best Gates had to offer
 - Torvalds made his first post about the OS that became Linux
 - Apple release System 7 to support the 68040's on the Machintosh Quadra
 - AOL for DOS was launched
 - CAT3 was state-of-the-art for running a 10baseT network
 - 14.4 modems were the norm, if you dialed in at all

So, yeah, 20 years is going to make a big difference.  Amazon's EC2 is already
very popular, so naturally folks want a piece of the market.
