[PLUG] The mystery of the missing megabytes

This 64 bit Ubuntu box only sees 3762 GB of RAM rather than 4096.
That's total RAM, as per free -mt:

adam@calvin:~$ free -mt
total used free shared buffers cached
Mem: 3762 1807 1954 0 95 1023
-/+ buffers/cache: 688 3073
Swap: 1784 0 1784
Total: 5546 1807 3739
adam@calvin:~$

Are those missing 334 MB just invisible to Ubuntu? Are they being used by video?
