Re: [PLUG] Remote KDE Session

I routinely run Thunderbird from a different computer

ssh -X [login info]

this makes the local terminal a remote one. Then

thunderbird &

brings me remote Thunderbird goodness plus whatever else I want to do from the cli. Thunderbird indicates which computer it's running on in the title bar. If I click on a link, it opens in the local browser if it's up.

No, this does not specifically do what you asked for but I'd be afraid of running much more remotely. I have tried x11vnc and it gets close.
