I found some discussion about that in the forums at

http://taskwarrior.org/boards/8/topics/938

but it looks like it was never implemented because they thought it be
too difficult to manage all that from the command line.  I can think
of a few kludgey ways to do that with the current interface, for
example using tags or annotations.
