[PLUG] PLUG needs speakers yet again

PLUG Central is still looking for a volunteer to give a talk at the
September meeting.  Do we have any volunteers?  The meeting isn't
until September 7th, so you still have nearly 3 weeks to prepare!

PLUG North is also in need of a speaker for the meeting on Tuesday,
September 13.
