[PLUG] ERP/CRM

I'm wondering who out there has had to select (or assist in selecting)
some sort of ERP/CRM for their organization.  I'm taking lead on this
for a client and would be eager to hear other's experiences.

Yes, I'm totally "crowd-sourcing" this.
