[PLUG] web domain dns

 time to put up my first (and probably lame) web page.
i have verizon dsl, with westell modem bridged to a linksys wireless router, with 192.168.1 addresses.

i want www.ronkayejr.com (doesnt currently exist) to open my web page.
what must i do?

      1) register my domain
      2) propagate server/ip to external dns- HOW?
     
      3) how do you handle adressing, server has 192.168.1.x address
      4) will verizon try to block? workaround?

i want this to be functional, however it is primarily for my education
