[PLUG] Good book on Agile?

OK, I know there are a bunch of Agile "flavors" so this is sort if like asking for a book about soup or something. But...

Background: Some projects I'm involved in are moving to an Agile methodology. The PM is driving the move, and everyone is on board and it sounds like a good idea. I just like to read books about stuff like this, so...what's good? Keep in mind I'm more of a "scripter" than a "Real Programmer." :) I've also read the Wikipedia article.

I like O'Reilly books, and I see a few that sound good. Any of these? Any others?

"Microsoft Tax" = the additional hardware & yearly fees for the add-on
software required to protect Windows from its own poorly designed and
implemented self, while the overhead incidentally flattens Moore's Law.
