Correct.

No, there is another process that runs later from a whole other
machine that sweeps up all files found in /VendorInvoices, and then
deletes them itself. I had nothing to do with that process; all I'm
supposed to do is populate /VendorInvoices on the right schedule (and
keep a copy of all the invoice files that were processed, as a zip
file, as a secondary sort of backup to the main process).
