Re: [PLUG] followup talk on ZFS storage roll-out

I'm using Nexenta which is a Solaris kernel and Ubuntu userland tools. The next relaese of nexenta is giong to migrate to the new Illumos kernel. The nexenta OA part is free, and the GUI with enterprise support is commercial.

Even when btrfs is used by the early adopters in production, I would need to wait another year or more for Enterprise use, so btrfs really isn't even on the radar yet for me.

I'd be glad to share the talk with an intro to btrfs, anyone ?

Lee

I would be interested in hearing a bit about Btrfs especially if anyone has
it deployed thus far per Oracle it's now production ready. Also are you
using Solaris or BSD implementation of ZFS?
