Yeah, but before Stuxnet nobody had ever seen anything like this.
After Stuxnet we find two different attacks of such sophistication not
long apart, and sharing common code.

That seems a bit much for coincidence, even if it is strictly possible
that somebody did discover Stuxnet early on and kept it quiet for
years while nobody else noticed it, and then wrote tons of stuff from
scratch but reused just this part of the code.
