I've been using them for a long while now (5+ years) and haven't had any 
problems.

I don't use them for certs, so can't comment on that aspect, but their 
webinterface is usable, prices reasonable, don't auto-renew unless you 
specifically set it up. I've so rarely needed their tech support that I 
can't really say much about it - I pay them the $10 each year and 
everything keeps working.
