More Blender ideas...
To keep this more Linux based, we could consider talking about using blender via command line (SSH) on a web server. An idea of mine is using blender to dynamically render images for a custom captcha.

This will likely be my first attendance at a PLUG meeting. I am very well versed with most aspects of Blender. I'd love to sit in on this meeting and provide any insight/information I have learned throughout the years. I have used Blender for various tasks including (but not limited to) game content design, 3d modeling for cnc maching and python scripting.
