Sorry about that last empty email.  Gmail is being funny right now ...

Yes, I've used hugin to make quite a few panoramas.  The process is
mostly automated now, thanks to automatic image alignment and control
point-finding programs, but being able to do the process manually
helps when the automation goes kaput.  My schedule right now makes it
hard for me to attend meetings, but I'd be happy to help off-list (or
on, if there's enough interest).
