[PLUG] Custom-printed Raspberry Pi cases?

I'm looking into some swag for an upcoming event and thought custom-printed RasPi cases wrapped around new RP2 guts would make AWESOME gifts. Only thing is, aside from some Shapeways 3D-printed cases, I'm not seeing much out there in this space.

Anyone know of a place that does this sort of thing?
