I'm sorry, I also got hung up on that detail and failed to address the core request. I do have a small stack of X220s in good to fair condition if you're interested, as well. Depending on your timeline, I can bring one or two to the next Plug West.

If you buy a Thinkpad or any other laptop and there is a password set which does not allow you to enter/change settings in the firmware, contact the selling marketplace immediately, explain the situation, and receive instructions on how to return for full refund. You can generally leave negative feedback for such a seller as well.
