[PLUG] I can talk about Fedora at PLUG West

If you still do not have a topic for next month's PLUG West, I can
talk about Fedora.

I cannot think of a witty title yet. Give me a day or 2 to do so.

Topics will probably include:
1. Fedora's approach of "Staying close to upstream projects" (similar
to the Arch Way, but still significantly different.)

2. How Fedora, CentOS & RHEL fit in.

3. Fedora.next

4. Recent advances in package management.

5. A demo of cloud instances

6. A demo of the install
