[PLUG] Card access at USP tonight

We just got a notice from our contact at USP that, due to the recent
unspecified threat against a Philadelphia-area college, ID cards are
required to get into all buildings at USP.  It's often a problem
getting into Griffith Hall if you arrive after 7, but it might be even
trickier tonight.

I'm not planning on going tonight, but if you are going allow yourself
some extra time to possibly track down a guard to enter the building.
And if you arrive early and get into the building, make sure to check
the door for folks stuck outside.
