Enterprise costs about $24/year, with ability to enforce minimum settings on users. It can require

a corresponding non-enterprise account for the users personal passwords, and the user has access to

both vaults when logged in.

Enterprise has shareable folders, and user groups, to share common accounts between users.

In order to use the mobile apps, you have to have Lastpass Premium. I paid in advance for 4 or 5 years a year or two ago, since it's 12$/year.
