When I bought mine years ago, it wasn't an option because it was a dual processor unit. Well then... My router is now more appealing.

According to DD-WRT router database the RT-AC56U, RT-AC66U and RT-AC68U are supported.~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Subject: Re: [PLUG] recommendation for good wireless router? Not that it runs dd-wrt or tomato, it just runs and I haven't had a single problem with it are the Asus routers. The modern equivalent to mine is the AC-66U. There probably are better out there but for how well it works and the features, I couldn't be happier.
