[PLUG] [plug-announce] DATE CHANGES: Jan and Feb PLUG West meetings will be on 1/25 and 2/22

Due to federal holidays, we've rescheduled the PLUG West meetings for
January and February to the fourth Mondays of those months.  Both will still
be held at the new ATS meeting location:

- The January PLUG West meeting is moved to Monday, January 25.

- The Febrary PLUG West meeting is moved to Monday, February 22.
