I interned at AGI around ’95/’96—it was a great experience and they offered me a job when I graduated college. I didn’t go to Drexel, a friend of a friend was in sales there and connected me with the manager of software development who interviewed me.  I ultimately decided I wasn’t cut out for full time programming but it was invaluable experience.  I had good luck in college approaching places I wanted to intern with a resume—it’s cheap labor for them and experience for the intern.
