[PLUG] Dependency not satiisfiable

I'm trying to install the VPN package VPN Unlimited on my new 64-bit Ubuntu 15.10 ultrabook. However, when I try, I get the following error:

Error:
Dependency is not satisfiable: libjsoncpp0 (>= 0.6.0~rc2)

When I install libjsoncpp0 via Synaptic, I get an error telling me that I need to repair dependencies with apt-get install -f. I do so- same dependency not satisfiable error.

Thoughts? I'll keep Googling around, but wanted to see if anyone here had ideas, too.
